This product kept popping up on my social media feed every time I logged in. Although I watched a few videos about it here and there, I wasn’t particularly impressed. However, one day, I decided to take the plunge and ordered it because I kept seeing positive reviews from people who had used it. When it arrived, I eagerly opened it and tried it out immediately. The initial experience was quite startling—the consistency was thick and unfamiliar. Yet, after a minute or so, that sensation dissipated. I rinsed my mouth, brushed my teeth, and surprisingly felt better afterward. Since then, I’ve been using it weekly, and it seems to be benefiting my gums. I no longer experience bleeding gums or strange sensations in my teeth.

I wasn’t expecting much but I gave it a try and make an extraordinary difference in the health of the gums if you plan to use it regularly,
Very pleased with the results and the product has one of the most complete ingredients to target different issues. It’s worth the try but consistency is the key. If I may suggest…
1.- Plan not to eat right away after using it.
2.- A little goes a long way, you don’t need much but if you are dealing with periodontal issues… what helped me was using it as follow:
For example if the recommended time is 10 minutes a day….
Break it and do it 3 minutes/3 times a day,
3.- Little by little you can get used to keep it longer and longer in your mouth so don’t get frustrated if you just can’t in the beginning.

This is my second time purchasing within a month and before I get into how great this product is I want to mention the cons. I wish they had the option without the tongue scraper and the toothbrush (maybe they do but I haven’t seen it), also I wish it was a little cheaper. With that said let’s get into it, at first I did not want to purchase this oil pull because the people on TikTok were doing thee most, spitting up dirt and worms and claiming it came from their mouth which is definitely fails. This product is so great you don’t need to fake it to advertise it. The number one thing this product will do is ELIMINATE!!!! morning breath (bad breath in general). My gums are getting healthier each day. I can almost predict that I will no longer need to be going to the dentist ever again in my life. However, I should warn you guys the taste is disgusting, at least to me..

This stuff is all over TikTok and I finally buckled. I don’t have a lot of problems with my teeth and gums, but as I age ( I’m 61) I’m trying to do all I can to keep my teeth healthy and in my mouth! Too many people I know have bridges, partials or full dentures and I want no part of any of that!! I use the pulling oil 2 or 3 times a week, along with daily flossing, twice a day brushing, tand daily tongue cleaning. My teeth and gums are healthier than before I started pulling. I don’t know if that’s because I’m paying more attention to my daily habits or because I’ve added pulling to my routine. But either way, at my most recent cleaning my hygienist said “whatever you’re doing, keep doing it”.
I also LOVE the toothbrush that is included with the oil. So soft and kind to your gums! And a tongue scraper is also included, making the purchase price more than reasonable. If you want to add pulling to your routine I would definitely recommend THIS product, as it has other ingredients to help soothe and heal your gums, not just plain coconut oil. Plus you get the toothbrush and tongue scraper included! Will definitely be ordering again!

Thus product isnt bad at all the wash is a little thicker than I expected, but over all “tolerable” you can definitely feel the cleansing that takes place to your gums and breath. As for the whitening for a first time use you can see a slight change, but after several uses it does become a lot whiter! Over all this product does the job!! Keep in mind using this rinse you will need to rinse with it at least everyother day for a more noticeable white but after the first use you will feel and see the change in your gums and breath, also while rinsing you will need to rinse for at least 5-10 minutes each time for the product to really show what it can do!!! Hope this review helps you make a decision of to wheather or not this rinse is for you!

This product works great! I rated it a 5 for flavor. The flavor is very refreshing. You have to keep the product in your mouth for about 10-15 minutes. It is not harsh or disgusting to the taste buds. I usually put it in when I start my facial routine. I can hold it in mouth without having the urge to discard it. The freshness is amazing!! Once, I had eaten some onions. I used this mouthwash after, the odor was immediately eliminated. As far as the whitening… I put up before and after shots. I don’t know if whitened my teeth. However, they do seem a lot brighter. My Dental Hygienist was amazed at how tartar free my teeth were. It took her 1/3 of the cleaning time. She was very pleased with the overall healthiness of my teeth and gums. I would recommend this product to EVERYONE!

I have always had issues with my teeth. Bad oral hygiene as a child, but as an adult I became very meticulous with my oral hygiene. Try as I might, and were talking flossing at least once a day, water pick a few times a week and teeth cleanings every 4 months, I just didn’t feel like my teeth were as clean or as white as they could be and my gums were continuing to recede. I do not do whitening strips as they can be hard on my enamel. I could see results within days of using this product.
So much so that other family members were so impressed they started using it as well. The first thing I noticed was my mouth still felt fresh and clean when I woke in the morning. I rub my tongue over my teeth and they still felt clean. Keep in mind I have to sleep with a CPAP machine for Sleep Apnea and that requires me to wear tape over my mouth when I sleep. This usually causes a significant increase in “socks” on my teeth and bad breath. Now…..I have NO socks on my teeth and my breath is still fresh and clean.
I use it before I brush and floss my teeth. I started with swishing it for 2 min, I now swish for 10 minutes. I just play a game on my phone while I swish. Don’t swallow. No big deal.
The results are far beyond what I expected. I can’t wait for my next dental cleaning to see and hear the Dentist’s reaction. She is always impressed with how well I take care of them, but I believe she will be stunned at how clean and bright they are. I don’t even mind that due to scheduling issues my cleaning had to be pushed out a month because I believe this will keep the plaque and tarter off my teeth and gums.
If you are looking into Oil Pulling or to have cleaner, brighter teeth and fresher breath, this product is amazing and gives great and consistent results.

Everything you need to start oil pulling is included with this product! I love that it came with a metal tongue scrapper and a wooden toothbrush as well. The flavor took a little getting used to for me and I can’t say that I really have noticed a difference in the whiteness of my teeth BUT the amount of junk that I have been able to pull from my mouth before brushing my teeth has been nothing short of amazing. My whole mouth feels fresher when I oil pull before brushing my teeth at night and I have seen a huge improvement in my breath in general.

So, I just started using it today and I wanted to give my reaction to trying it for the first time. Its a little strong in part to the mint but it wasn’t too bad. I went using 10 mL of the product which still provided me with a challenge since my mouth is small (a small adult bite block can’t fit into my mouth lol) so I kept a paper towel with me just in case. I made it through 10 min. of swishing (tip for those who struggle, set a timer on your phones and play a mobile game while you swish- time goes quickly) and after I spit it out (in a paper towel)- I noticed that my morning breath wasn’t as bad but it was gone by the time I finished brushing my teeth and using the tongue scraper (yes, use it- brushing your tongue doesn’t get everything off)- my breath was minty fresh. On another note- while using this- the mint help open up my sinuses, lol.
